So the next thing to agree on is the region issue:
Should we just have the 2 teams:
Team 1: The whole American continent
Team 2: The rest of the world
or
Do we splt it into 5 teams and have an ongoing league with fixed date matches that must be adhered to:
Team 1: USA
Team 2: Canada
Team 3: Mexico + South America
Team 4: Europe
Team 5: Asia (Japan, Aus, NZ)
Each team playes each other team twice so a total of 8 games.
The first one is simpler, the latter is more complicated.
The first one sounds better: Americas vs ROTW
