This little boy see's his grandpa drinking a beer, and ask "Grandpa, can I have a beer?". Granpa replies, "Can your pecker touch your butt?". The little boy replies "NO". Granpa says, "then you cant have a beer." Later the little boy sees his granpa smoking a cigar. The little boy ask his grandpa, "Grandpa, can I have a cigar?" Grandpa replies, "Can your pecker touch your butt? The little boy again replies "NO". Granpa repliles, "Then you cant have a cigar." A while later Granpa see the little boy walking from the kitchen eating cookies. Grandpa ask him, "Can I have one of your cookies?" The little boy ask "can your pecker touch your butt?" Granpa replies, "Yes it can!" the little boy replies "well go **** yourself, grandma made these cookies for me!"
