Yeah I did watch the Michael Owen Cup final, if that were the sole reason I'm a Liverpool supporter, I would have told you. But the fact is the last cup Liverpool won [Besides the community shield] was the FA Cup in 2006. Liverpool havem't been so successful lately, but I still continue to support them. If Manchester weren't in the title race for a year you'd most likely be all over the next team in the line.
So since I can't decide who to support from a neutral based competition, tell me a reasonable way to decide which club to support? Which club has the most money? Who won Premiership? Who has the most famous players? Get real, you started supporting Manchester because they've got the upper hand. I've been a Liverpool fan for half my life, now you come here calling me a glory hunter.
