You have to understand....
Roosta is on welfare so his keyboard is probably half broken and he is using two paperclips, a rubberband, and a toothpick to type. Most of the time all that comes out is a lil dot... occasionally (once every 27 and a half digits) he will get a letter followed by another letter creating a word that is most likely speeled worster thane theeees.
Im pretty sure that he makes the dots to distract you from retarded posts that have no meaning and to distract you from a lamer attempt at spelling than a 14 month old baby. Also, and this is the kicker, he posts like a retard on Roosta so that no one saw the connection between him and FrankWhite. On FrankWhite he took lessons from his brother, Supplement... I mean Rakoon, and made semi-normal looking posts... until he started ranting about being a "G" like Roosta does and started saying stupid shit about being a King or something. The dots theme is a collection of things... Him trying to distract you from stupid posts, to make you see a difference between roosta and frankWhite, and because he is a from a "G" lil town in Colorado and thinks they need to be represented by fake bullet holes on a computer screen.
