If you wish to upgrade outside the first thirty days of activation or before your first year is up, then you would have to pay the MSRP. The MSRP also applies if you break your device and do not have the insurance. You would then have to pay full retail price.
Joe Y: Second, the two-year contract refers to the membership plan. You have to pay for the plan for two years on a monthly basis. It has nothing to do with how long you keep your device.
Joe Y: If you wish to cancel you contract within the first two years, then you would be responsible for an early termination fee of $175.00.
Jordan Palmer: so your saying you dont really have to worry about the MSRP unless you break it or want to upgrade....
