I have a feeling the Wii and 360 will stilll beat it in the Xmas sales due to price only, despite being a binafide PC and destroys the others on spec.

The price will have to come down to compete which I expect it to do next summer and then every 6 months from then on. 2009 sounds fairly reasonable given that scenario as price wont be the main factor.
SONY has to make it price competitive to shift games, thats where the money is.
