I got only two more questions:

1. Is it possible to play the game in online-mode worldwide? so can you play against other players who are not from the US? I know it's hard to find out, because the game is not yet released in Europe for example. But what would you say: does the game looks like it is playable worldwide?

2. Is there blood in the game? The ESRB-Rating says "yes", the Demo says definitely "no".
