BACK TO EDER

tonight myself and 3 101s returned to eder..... the host left and i became host, so i changed settings to ctf.... now i remember why i loved this game soo much...... we all picked up our rusty KARs again and demolished the noobs 5-0..... the graphics were dodgy and the movement a bit ropey.... but this is a truely brilliant game... im returning to eder more often ..... is anyone else still taking the odd trip down memory lane?

Unfortunaltly I don't have the game anymore...I did however play it on my friends ps3 somewhat 2 weeks ago...I must say I enjoyed it.

I'm always up for a bit of COD3. You can't beat it.
When COD4 is pissing you off, you can turn to COD3 to cheer you up and it certainly doesn't disappoint!
I've been playing it quite regulary recently, which legends such as Cuzzaa, Crandomc, blueiron, slashly, Bruiser etc... And I must say, its been very enjoyable.

Perhaps we should organise some games with all the past greats, maybe make it a bit more interesting with pistols only or melee only, something along those lines anyway.
Would anyone be up for that?

Eder Dam was a massive hit.
COD3 was a great game, no doubt, just had too many flaws.
If they make COD5 with next gen graphics with COD3 gameplay and improved servers then we would all be very happy indeed.

yh spot on....but 1 thing i wouldnt like is for it to be global....

cod3 owns but im more of a modern type WISH THEY HAD AN AUG STYER IN COD4 :(

Well, that is the case right now as we have been subjected to some really crappy servers by the non-SONY publishers.

IF they sort the servers out then Global is best for sure.

The BEST solution is if they offer , in game, a choice of server!!
Similar to MotorStorm, you can choose your server. That way you can help to minimise server overload.
This, of course, requires the GameDevelopers to have a LOT of servers to hand with one large central server for Stats accumulation but I don't want to get techy on your asses...

Global rocks! you get a chance to connect w/ are euro bro's.I like cod4 ,just keep adding new maps and please add new guns. AR-15 etc,and it will keep the flavor going. hey what about if you could throw your knife and u have to pick up a knife (or pull it out of his back), or wait until u spawn .... just rambling.
