PS3 games online tournaments and events with regular competitions and Leaderboards - PROBLEM DOWNLOADING SETTINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys iv herd people complaining cause it takes them nearly 2 hours to download game settings after clicking find a game, this is also happening to me however it took me 9 god damn hours *&%$^%@ hours to download the game settings and then cause it took so long i had to go to bed so if anyone could help me out aswell as thousands of others that would b awseome

yer heaps of people are having the problem and i have looked at everyones attempts to fix it but its just random crap that has a 10% success rate

yes i know most people dont have a problem downloading settings but i didnt post this to find that out... there are alot of people that do have this problem n would desperatly like to fix it but dont know how so im tryin to find that out

try to restart ur ps3 if its up there too long or check ur connection

This might be a temporary blip regarding server issues.

I think it's a case of 'wait overnight' and it might be cleared up.

Sounds like there is little we can do about it unfortunately.

1st thing, dont ever wait for, ....Downloading game settings....... its a server error and waiting never works. what i found that works best is to sit in the lobby with the find game menu. if you click find game, it says downloading, but if you wait like 5 mins, click on find game, works evertime.

yah, well i figured it was my internet, since its been kicking out non stop...getting annoying...ive opened some more ports, seems to fixed it so far

I just go and pick a different game mode and it tends to work.

After that game I to the game mode I was going to play.
