Hmm.. I tried rush-sniping last night with Betray, worked fine.
I can't stay in one spot for too long.
But say if the person is sitting in one spot the entire game or "camping" and you know he's there sniping then by all means.. pick a better route and knife his ass.
now here's a question for you, demok:
do you consider a sniper to be an executioner, or not?
If you are wielding a sniper rifle, you are not camping. Because true campers sit in one spot with an automatic weapon in a corner or watching a door waiting for people to pass by. If you pass by a sniper, chances are your Assault rifle will beat his sniper/pistol at close range.

i h8 campers but u honestly camping in real life military do it all the time
they use snipers in the 1 position until they r told to move to another
so basicly its realistic and u wouldnt go up to an enemy sniper in real life and go u ****ing camper unless u came up behind him and did it for a laugh but i c it as realistic but also very gay

Snipers:
If a sniper keeps moving position and picking people off then i will give them credit, if a sniper keeps sitting in one spot then just keep moving your position and snipe him back or stun and knife.

i carry i sniper with me on overkill so if theres an enemy far away i can snipe his ass. camping is annoying but it doesent mean you cant do it, maybe camping is the only option for some players because if they go out there camping spot chances are there gonna get killed a lot of times i never camp because its the same spot all the time and it would be a bit boring.
