How is all theses stores able to sell it on Monday??? The street date for COD4 is November 6th which is Tuesday. Breaking that street date and selling that game a day earlier could mean bad things for thoses stores. I mean firings. I still remember hearing 1 BBY employee sold a copy of Halo3 on accident before it's release date and ended up getting his whole department fired. So if anybody gets a chance, ask thoses employees how there able to sell the game before the release date cause maybe theres something that I'm not getting here at Best Buy.

really? thats great! so good i reserved it long time ago but so bad i live in mexico and theres no game stop here so i have to go to usa to pick up cod4, but i cant go on monday or tuesday... in fact, i cant go until the weekend

I don't think they are breaking street Chu...they are saying Monday cause you can pick it up at most gamestops (at least where I live) @ Midnight...which is actually Tuesday.

well they announced it will be shipped the 5th...and if stores have their shipment they're able to sell theirs the day it also ships, which would be the 5th. They did the same with guitar hero 3, sold it in stores the same day as the shipment date. something of that sort, but they can do it.
I get it if it's a midnight sale but it doesnt make sense that right when you recieve the games, your able to sell it right then and there. Isn't that why games are sold on certain days. Maybe it's just Best Buy but we're strict on street date for anything. From movies, music and games. But just like Halo wasn't sold until the street date, and we had a millions copies way before then. Same thing with Guitar Hero. Had to sell it on Sunday and not a day before or after. I don't know, but big up's to whoever gets it early. While your playing the game, I'll be reading the strategy guide and killing time before then.
