The DREADFUL DeAtH of COD4??

When will the death of cod4 happen? I was making my new thread about army of two gettin delayed and it got me to thinkng about COD4 dying... I know a lot of you will say never but lets get serious here.

1) You guys allowed one game to kill COD3 which was RB6
2) Every game comes to an end lol but seriously....

COD4 will die in MARCH just giving yall a heads up before it happen so play the shit out of the game while people are!! Reasons it will die in March ready? Here we go:

1) Metal Gear Solid 4:Gun Of Patriots is set to be released March 1st
2) Grand Theft Auto IV is set to be released March 3rd
3) Army Of Two is set to be released on March 4th and we know how I feel about this game if you read my new thread about the game
4) Killzone 2 is set to be released on March 4th
5)Battlefield: Bad Company is set to be released March 24th
6) Brother's In Arm:Hell's Highway is set to be released on April 8th idk if yall are looking forward to that or not

So the month of March looks like another grea month for ps3 jut like Nov!

So if yo guys allowed RB6 to take down cod3 im sure cod4 wont be as strong when March rolls around.. Some will say true to COD4 but alot of ppl will move on and only play sometimes.. haha my last post is really colorful

So my whole point is ENJOY THE SHIT OUT OF THE GAME WILE ITS ON FIRE!!!!

Games always have a limited shelf life, its only natural. All game start off massive and then dwindle.
By 'dead' I assume you mean dead with clans not playing it so much I am sure you are right.
I dont think COD4 will die off as a game though so long as it offers something different. Rainbow 6 and Warhawk were quite different from COD3 so inevitably took some of its players.

I actually think COD3 will still be going reasonably strong by next March as well! its a great online game and a few thousand less active players will make for great servers again! I wont be selling it. Sure, its dying for clans now but some clans will still be playing it through the New Year and if COD4 is crap then they'll be back..

Sure a game or two might slow down COD for a week or two, but no... none of the games will stop COD 4 if its as good as most ppl expect.

BUT! i do think Killzone 2 looks like the best game going to be out for PS3. it looks sooooooooo awesome. warhawk is another 1. and R:FoM looks good too alongside with CoD4, but i dont know yet because im getting a ps3 in 32 days.
