Maybe that room wasn't full until general and I entered and once it got full Shouka's connection couldn't handle it.

Yeah because, I was hosting. Just like in Graw2, you should only host till you reach your limit. Unfortunately for me, my limit isn't a full room of more than 14-15 players. But that's only when I'm hosting though.
Solution: Don't host or just keep the room to my limit. I have no problem doing either.
But yeah, that's what happened though. Sorry to piss you off again, Reaper -seems like its always occuring, haha.
