COD 4 Probs please help me!!!

Hello all.

I have had COD4 now for 2 weeks and cant play online at all. Its driving me mad. I have been in touch with my ISP who were really helpful. I have updated my router and its running faster and better than ever before. I have had a bloke come round to the house to test all the connections and everything else and now I am at a loss as what to do next.

I can sometimes join a game but when I do there are huge problems. I seem to stutter around the maps, often moving in directions I dont want to go. Its not very long before I get kicked out of the session and then I just turn off the game and curse...

Has anybody else had these problems and if so what did you do to fix them. I am at a real loss here and dont know what to do next. Strange thing is I can play all my other games online with no problems at all.

i would be really grateful for any suggestions you could give me.

u never know it could be ur disk, go get it changed, it happens to me sometimes, if u have had it all checked out then i cant think of anything else, swap the disk and see if that works

Yeah already thought of that. Hired the game and had the same problems. Lent the disk to a friend who has the same ISP as me and he was fine. Like I said dont quite know what to do next.

COD4 had problems when it was updatin but i dont know if thats your problem............?

it coulde well be ur internet connection m8 might not be good enough...or it coulde be that when u finally get into a cod4 game sombody has real bad lag and that makes it crap for all the players in the lobby and the game will end..hope u get it sorted m8....a good wipe of the disc might help..
