HOW TO SUBMIT A CHALLENGE TO ANOTHER CLAN

You can use email or PM to arrange your Clan match but if you use this thread to arrange it then everyone can see it and there can be no arguments on miscommunication.

Create a new thread for your challenge and use this template:

Date:
The date of the challenge

Time:
The time of the challenge

Host:
To be arranged at the last minute to retain confidentiality.
(this stops people joining it and stopping you getting in)

Type:
The game type (WAR, CTF, etc)

Players:
Number of players. 4x4. 8x8, etc.

Maps:
What maps you are playing and what scores.

Decider, if needed:
Add the decider settings

Settings:
Add who is playing as what side in what maps.

Rules:
Add ALL your rules here.

Special Notes:
Add any special notes here such as what happens if a player drops out or you cant get all your players in the room.


Report the win to us so that we can update the League.

We would also recommend you use the Live Chat feature at the bottom of the main forum page (or Yellow Link at the top) to organise the match on the fly. You can arrange to meet back there after you all try to login in case there are any problems that need addressing.
