HOW TO SUBMIT A CHALLENGE TO ANOTHER CLAN

You can use email or PM to arrange your Clan match but if you use this thread to arrange it then everyone can see it and there can be no arguments on miscommunication.

Create a new thread for your challenge and use this template:

Date:
The date of the challenge

Time:
The time of the challenge

Host:
To be arranged at the last minute or between Leaders only to retain confidentiality.
(this stops people joining it and stopping you getting in)

Type:
The game type (WAR, CTF, etc)

Players:
Number of players. 4x4. 8x8, etc.

Maps:
What maps you are playing and what scores.

Decider, if needed:
Add the decider settings such as who plays what side.

Settings:
Add who is playing as what side in what maps.

Rules:
Add ALL your rules here.
What is and what is NOT allowed.
Cover Everything.

Special Notes:
Add any special notes here such as what happens if a player drops out or you cant get all your players in the room.

We recommend using the Live Chat facility on this forum to come back to after the room has been created. You can then discuss if both teams are ready and clear for the match and then reset the game.

As for the Title of the thread, so that everybody knows where to look, it should read something like:
CQB vs KGC - COD3 - Thursday 17th May at 7.00PM
