depends what video game you are on or if you are an Admin or a ref

shook is on Rainbow and he is a ref
all he does is sends in about 4 tickets a week which take about 10 minutes each

now if you were a Socom 2 admin that is like a 40 hour a week job

one Ref about 2 weeks ago had to do over 150 tickets in 7 days
