After the mysterious and untimely death of the Emperor, the throne of Tamriel lies empty. With the Empire ready to crumble, the gates of Oblivion open and demons march upon the land - laying waste to everything in their path. To turn the tide of darkness, you must find the lost heir to the throne and unravel the sinister plot that threatens to destroy all of Tamriel.
This PlayStation 3 version of the blockbuster RPG features the original epic quest plus the additional chapter, The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine, where you must venture to the far reaches of Cyrodill to reclaim the lost relics of the Divine Crusader and return the Nine to glory.

The game promises a level of interactivity probably never seen before. You could play the game by completing the various missions and tasks or you could spend a lifetime just roaming around the virtual world, meeting people, choosing whether to interact with them or not. you can also interact with your surroundings. The game's characters are given a level of AI taht permits them to act differently and randomly giving the world a real touch of realism.
