PS3 games online tournaments and events with regular competitions and Leaderboards

This is such a great game especially in multiplayer mode. It sure is not like rainbow which sucks for spawn killing and there is really no reconning in that game what so ever. I wish more people would buy and play this game online. This is one of the best first person shooter I have played in a long time. Trust me people when you play online it so much better than rainbow 6 las vegas. Here you have to have skills in this game to win. Does anybody plan on buying FEAR at this point?

I bought the game and played the story mode. I found the multi player very difficult. I did not invest the time to get better at it. I am sure that is the biggest problem. No one wants to spend 50 hours to get to a point to just survive. I'll have to try it again.

Bought it but never got into the multiplayer mode. I'll admit thats it's one of the best FPS I've have ever seen. The A.I. and graphics are amazing. Plus it's scary as ****!!!!!!

i have to agree with headshot....game is too laggy online...send an invite woo-hoo maybe we can get something going.

yeah, we bought it, and i completely forgot about it!!haha...yeah thats how much fun it was...never played it online though....and i tried to play the story mode the other night, and its scary!!!so i'll have to play it during the day with all the lights on and some loud happy music playing!!!might have to give it another go...guess we've already spent the money on it!!

man i was playin on the pc at 2 am and my back was to the whole room...and as i was playing my cat tried to jump onto the back of my chair but got off balance and dug his claws into my shoulder right as one of the faces jus popped outta nowhere..damn that was horrific..but it's not a bad game

Hello to all and thank you for all the replies to this thread at this point. My new clan name is now FGC instead of R6LV. I am the leader and founder of both clans. Night Stalker I will send you an add a friend invite tonight when I get home and we will definately hook up for some game playing.

For those that are having lag issues that is because the server of the room has a bad connection also do not join the rooms evacuation or campus when they are full if you stay in a room of 12 or less there should be no lag at all at least when I host the room I have no lag and things run very smooth. I hope it stays that way.

For those that play the game but have not played online I can tell you that yes you need to put some time into the game to become good online but it is so much more fun than r6v because all people do in rainbow is spawn kill and what skill is needed to do that? NONE!!!! In fear you never spawn in the same spot and this game takes skill to make the kills and also to keep your deaths very low. If you have not played online send me a add a friend on the ps3 network to FGC-WOOHOO and we are on everyday you can come in to my room run with our clan to watch and learn the ropes. i would be glad to help you with anything that you need to get started just let me know.

I think this game is awesome off and online and I cant wait for FEAR2. If you put the time into this game to become good trust me you will enjoy it when you can kill 3 or 4 guys at one time with one clip now that is a blast. I honestly just love this game and I wish more people would buy it and stick to it and become good to have more players to play against online.

I played this game online last night and first off if you like it then thats great, but I didn't like it at all. It reminded me of a late ps1 shooter or early ps2 shooter. I personally think that RB6 is a way better game and I don't like R6V much either...and COD3 is far superior to both. Anyway just my opinion.
