This game has to be the BEST game out for the ps3 at the moment!
With graphics matching or if not beating Assassin's Creed this game has it all!
The story line is amazing an kinda realistic in some aspects, with Nathan Drake the ancester of famous explorer Sir Francis Drake.
The story line is you chasing some magnificant treasure that Sir Francis Drake failed to find.
I won't tell you much more because I am not that far into the story!
So what you do is Rumble in the Jungle of some paciic island with a T.V reporter and some other geezers. The visuals are amazing with so much detail put into the enviroment!
The water is better than shown it GTA IV's trailers and when you come out you clothes remain wet and dry off gradually, the birds and animals interact with you when you walk birds fly away, (not too impreisve but the detail makes you feel as though you are in the jungle).
But there is a twist in chasing this treasure, some pirats insist on disturbing you lovely treck through some pacific island, and some British guy wants the treasure too so he comes after you!
When shooting these guys the bullets register really well affecting there movment e.g. shoot them in the leg the limp or in the right sholdure the move to the right.
yeah i have the game too, it was one of the best games i have played on the ps3. The graphics are truley amazing, it's extremely detailed. The story is fun, but almost cliche. Gameplay is above and beyond any other adventure game. The only flaw is that there's not much reason to go back and play it a second time, unless you are one of those people who have to collect every single treasure, or unlock every behind the scenes video/concept art.
yeah i bought the game with x mas money
it's awesome, but the only thing i don't like is every two minutes it seems that you run into firefights with those "bad dudes" and it takes like 5 shots to kill someone with a pistol

I couldn't agree with you guys more...this is by far the best ps3 game to date...I would say this game is a mix of the movie national treasure with an indiana jones twist...anyway gameplay is phenomenal...my only complaint about the game is that every now and then the camera view can make it tough to judge jumps and stuff...I would never buy a game like this simply because I wouldn't go back and play it again because once you play the story there's nothing more...I use gamefly and I always rent games like this and the only games I buy are sports games and online shooters. Its a little easier on the wallet...I haven't quite finished the game I am not even sure how many chapters there (I'm on 20) but I can't wait for the second coming of Drake's Uncharted Fortune.
Oh yeah, I forgot to add this...I have a buddy who I go back and forth with cause he owns a 360 and I have a ps3...its all in fun and we like both systems but whats gaming with out a little trash talk...anyway I was playing uncharted last night and I asked him if he wanted to play college football or college hoops cause thats what we usually do...he was so intrigued by uncharted he wanted me to keep playing while he watched...and he also said it was probably the best game graphically he had ever seen.
