PS3 games online tournaments and events with regular competitions and Leaderboards - DELAYED

Latest news from the PlayStation Day 2008 event in London drops a release date for Killzone 2. Looks like the game has been pinned down for a February 2009 release -- at least for Europe anyhow. That's a little later than we had hoped, but it's all well that it is coming. Just try not to think about it being a year off.

I am sure many of you don't care, because this game is just hype. But It will be one of the best shooter's of all time.

Yeah I've had this game preordered and paid for since January. I don't care how long it takes them to get everything finished and running right. I'd rather keep waiting than have the devs send out something unfinished. Killzone is going to be amazing. At least there are plenty of games coming out to keep me busy.

ok look at the graphics for this game. they look great. i heard each map takes up like 2 Gigs on the disk. sounds obvious. what would u rather have, crappy, or great? so when u get the game ull b happy as i will b playing it. cant wait to c how online will be.

Wowzer, two gig for each map. I need to start deleting themes then. I have like other 300. Thats probably why I am down to like 37 gigabytes. Whore. This game will be the top 'predator' when it is released, IF it is released.

NOOOOO u dont have to download the maps and stuff. its all on the disk. it doesnt take up any space on ur harddrive on ur ps3 whatsoever besides ur game saces but thats a tiny little bit.

It doesn't look like the September date will happen before the Uk for USA. I am thinking at least one or two months before the Uk version is released.

The single player for this game looks amazing but nothing at all has been revealed for multiplayer.

Yep, its a bit strange nothing has been revealed yet. Resistance 2 had its multiplayer details shown as soon as it was announced. Killzone was shown to us in 2005 and for what, 3 year no info.
