During a conference call that followed the company's second-quarter financials blah blah blah, Take-Two execs have rubbished the claims made by Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter that the game would be delayed.
It has been revealed that the standard and special editions are on course for release in the US on October 16 2007 and in PAL territories on October 19 2007.
There has also been a new video announced that will hit the official game site called "Looking for that special someone" and will be available on June 28.
Take-Two CEO Ben Feder also reckons that it is also some good news for Sony, noting that he believes that GTA IV will have a "
beneficial impact on the sales of PS3". Much like it did for PS1 and 2 then!
