From watching this video, I can say, I really can not wait for this game. They really made it to where all perks are equal. Each has its advantages and its disadvantages. Great vid.
This is definately a must have game ONLY if theyve sorted the previous problems out.
Otherwise its basically just different maps with the same crummy settings and servers.
Dead Silence isn't a weapon or something special that you can only do with Dead Silence, it's just a perk that allows for virtually NO sound at all when you're running up behind someone. Let's say you didn't have Dead Silence when you were sneaking up behind someone, and that someone had a 7.1 dolby theater home surround-sound system, they would be able to hear you just as clearly as bullets zooming past their characters head. But with Dead Silence, it's near impossible.
As for the weapon, it is a knife. I'm not 100% sure about this so don't quote me, but I believe everyone is equipped with a knife for melee attacks.
