I haven't got it yet. I've just been reading the online update on the official ps3 page (the home page on ps3 internet), there does seem to be a few issues at the mo. Have a read it may help.

It looks like we will have to hold back on hosting Live Events for this game until this is all sorted.

Its out in the UK today so we should start getting some more feedback.

Ok guys i have news the game isnt fully launched till late april but there is rumours it has been delayed NOOBS lol but this is a sort of demo a trial as admin said hold back till full game is launched. it has 71 cars 10 tracks mostly famous ones i get the game tomorrow. and i will inform you all on what it is like... but i think it should be good like all the other GT but i carnt say untill i play it lol and i will shrink my sig down haha

Well the online is mad!!!!! Private matches will be available "shortly". It's an absolute bargain for £25.00. I've only been able to enter the 12 player online as I haven't completed Class A yet but will have by the end of this evening, then you can enter the 16 player races. Oh yeah if you have NAT 3 type connection you will have to change to a type 1 or 2 to get the best out of the online side. BUY IT!!!!!

yh onlinez is good, but there are to many jackasses taht ran my ass off the road when i try to thake over

yep madtraxx ur spot on there dude :/ to many blind drivers online i think, not many are able to use their brakes :p i'm trying my damdest to do the thing right but keep getting clattered from behind by morons who seem to just crash around the track at top speed using barriers to get round the corners lol :/ i dunno if its me or wot but the lag was pretty awful last night but it's still the 1st night online so was sorta expected :\ graphics n game play n stuff r as usual great and hopefully soon online u will b able to do private rooms so we dont have to race the stock car brigade :)

i'm using the new wheel and pedals for this game and i must say the wheel is tremendous for it :) i'm still a bit iffy on the pedals lol but getting better, well worth the money :) and i never drove a car in my life hence the dodgy pedal work :p

anyway great game that should get better, good luck evry1 :) happy racing

Sounds like people are playing it 'Arcade' style and are not quite getting into the reaslism that it offers.
This is to be expected.

maybe the full game will have a separate Arcade Mode for the nutters and the simulation will remain for the hardcore enthusiasts.

Which Wheel set up have you got?

There seem to be several on the market these days and I have no idea which are supposed to be best.

For me, I would prefer a 'weighted' feel on the wheel and pedals.
I wouldn't want them too loose. It would seem to lack control then.
Its like on my sixaxis on game I have the sensitivity set lower.

yesterday the servers were don't for fixing/cleaning.
But the lag isn't that bad compared to other ps3 games.
1 on the 10 games is see car doing weird moves, but not that it is so bad.

Hey there o/

I have the logitech Driving Force EX and i like it. It has an good weight to it and feels really sturdy. It has force feedback which is kinda weird at first but as u get used to it actually makes it better, I think. :) It has other modes like analogue, if u cant handle the feedback and it also has 3 modes of sensitivity . The pedals are pretty good and they dont slip about the floor when ur mid corner, it feels real good when u get it right only thing i say is the base plate for the pedals is kinda small so if u got big feet like me lol :P Overall I would say it gives a more accurate feel to the driving and is well worth the 40 - 45 quid. The wheel has been released to coincide with release of GT5 Prologue and is fully supported within the game.

this is what i heard right gt5 is a demo atm. but it will get bigger. you wont have to buy the disc again. it will be a update. and i also read some where going to have 600 cars and 300 tracks. is that true? and its going to have the top gear track soon for a update. i also saw some photos of motobikes in the showroom but i dont no any think about that.

Im Racing with F1 2007 ^^ But in online impossible with F1 ;( Then i play on Classement for best time on arcade im Nr.1 in two race =D ... you can see me online on hight speed ring [ Ford GT Concept Car II ] and on london (650pts)
