It is unfortunate that you purchased a unit that is part of the 1% failure rate that the PS3 and Wii holds. Sony would probably replace it for you.

I dont believe that if that is a defected one than you can replace it but you just cant say that PS3 is CRAP, it is one of the best consoles of the gaming industry. I play a few games on it and it is the best one.

I have a launch system that has never done this until that update. It never does that with any of my PC's or my xbox 360's. That one's all Sony bro. Nuthin wrong with my 6mb connection.

Before the update, I could do anything as normal. Since the update, two playstations on one network blows. One connects, the other disconnects. When it connects, the second disconnects.

If I'm in a game and leave to send a message. Disconnect. If I log back in and send a message then go back in the game. Disconnect. Sony's software blows chuncks. The community on here is the only thing keeping my xbox dormant.

i got a very lucky 360...my elite stays nice and cool and has been perfect for almost A WHOLE YEAR!
