What do YOU want??

well as you know sony has been putting out updates every once in a while.. im not to impressed....
what are some things that you want sony to put in the new updates?

i personally want to have the wallpaper feature because i have so many sweet pics that i want in my backround......

Well, umm, things like wallpaper are just the trimmings...
I am not too fussed.

What I really want is a USB Headphone setup that works outside of the games. ie you can plug in the headphones and talk to one or more of your PSN friends and continue to do things like play games, browse the web , whatever. Basically, a internet phone like VOIP.

This would mean of course that we could chat online with anybody who is a buddy so that would be great for the clans.

I'd also like the facility to download the games and have then reside on the HD. I wouldnt mind paying 50-75 per cent of the retail store price.

Lastly, being able to read/write messages in the middle of a game..

The background thing is what i want also and all of what redskin said but right now I'm really wanting the HOME update. It would be nice if we could change the icons as well like on the PSP with custom firmware

You can make the picture your wallpaper, but its only temporary for your session, just click the picture, then press the PS button and the picture will stay there and the XMB bar will come up, the same can be done with the music.

You know what I would love? If they would make the PS3 support a bluetooth mouse and/or keyboard. Shortly after getting my ps3 i saw a bluetooth mouse and keyboard set for about $120. Knowing that the PS3 supports bluetooth, i quickly imagined how sick it would be to chill on my couch and actually type messages to people. But, of course I didn't know it only supported certain bluetooth items. That was my fault for not reserching before making an impulse buy. But, I'm still so hooked on the idea that I never took it back. It's still sitting in the box, just waiting. Waiting for sony to make my day. And when they do, I'm gonna type long ass messages to people while they struggle with the cell phone style interface!

well... i heard that most of the bluetooth headset divices work for the PS3..i havent tried it yet...

Well HOME does look cool but i think that the trailer said that it is coming out in October (along with GTA IV!!!!!!!!)

Well horned owl...you can buy a bluetooh keyboard..i was it in gameinformer...but it was like $130 or somthing...I actually have a cheap USB keybord that i can use lol..and typing long ass messages doesnt tak so long for me!!!

a better graphic equaliser for music, wallpaper options, screensavers and isnt the system supposed to zoom in on peoples faces when it goes through your photos?! dont think it does on mine?! i also heard about a feature that changes photos into a 3d image?!?!? wheres that?
