XBOX elite

Well Microsoft is going to release the Xbox Elite which will feauture a
120 gb harddrive
smoother online play
Additional HDMI port
release April 29th

How good is this going to be? Or will people just settle for there regular Xbox 360? Will people take back their PS3? What do you all think?

I still say forget the Xbox 360, my PS3 does everything and more a 360 does. We have a built in blu-ray player in it and the blu-ray movies look excelent very nice but with the 360 you have to buy the HD-DVD drive seperate to watch HD movies...screw that. The only thing the 360 has that PS3 dosn't is a better amount of quality games but that will change in time.

Xbox live is pretty sweet too...they even have a freaking movie renting system.

I think Mr Gates's mob are playing catch up again, lol. Xbox might have more games but PS3 is just out so when it's the same age as 360 is then it'll prove to be the best.

As for Xbox Elite, I seen a lot of bad comments coming from xbox users not happy with the fact that they might need to buy another machine and I agree that having to buy extra drives n shit to get HD gaming is poor.

At xmas this year my ps2 broke so I had a choice go for an Xbox or buy another ps2 and wait for the big one (PS3) to arrive and thats exactly what I did. I have never played on Xbox and probably never will.

even if i wanted to switch to xbox, i can't adapt to the controller. the playstation controller is the rock of the playstation brand - hell i've been using it for 12 years. sony owns me.

Now That i HAve A Friend That Works For Sony I Will never Get A 360 Unless it is For Free.
And Even When I get it I Will Most Likely Play My PS3 More Than The Gay60

if u think about it for a min all the money u gonna spend on the vacuum360 to make it better you will be roughly exceeding the cost of the PS3!!!...i wouldnt waste my time and cash on the 360!

1. XBOX Elite is the worst marketing ploy ive seen.
2. Sure it kills PS3 in HD space but u need to buy a whole new system. PS3 even shows u how to remove ur hard drive so ur able to upgrade. Im sure eventually u'll be able to buy hard drives.
3. Sony proved time and time again that they pwn xbox. so what makes xbox users think it will kill sony in the next-gen run?

Even when i had xbox i didn't have faith in it. So about a yr after i got the junk i sold it to sum kid. I heard from his friend that it broke a week later! I would've been out 200 bucks! lol

...you already can...they're 2.5 inch" harddrives like ones in laptops. geez.

a 120GB one will cost about $70.
