PS3 games online tournaments and events with regular competitions and Leaderboards

I don't have the serial number nor do i have the receipts for my console or games. does anyone know ANY WAY to get it back? PLEASE let me know...the police can't do anything without a serial number i know that but there has to be sumthing because not everyone remembers to write these things down! WHAT DO I DO!!!

Did you happen to uses it with a credit card??

If so, look through your credit card statements... And if you happened to buy
a warranty at the place you got it from, you can have them look up your
purchase for you.

Yeah contact one of your friends on your friends list and have them watch for you to come online...Also if the person isn't very smart (doesn't format your hard drive) you could track him by ip when he does sign in...Call sony and tell them and I'm sure they have a way of knowing if your online so when they go online then they are busted.

SONY knows where you live so, as said before by a few people, give them your PSN ID and see if they log on. The moment they log on, the different IP information should bust them. I doubt they will be smart enough to think you will come after them.

Nah dude, you're screwed unless you bought it online. Even if that, you're still ****ed. I bought my laptop a few years ago, a month later my room got broken into and the songs of *****es took all my shit. [The only reason I have a PS3 is because I got bored of not having a PS2 anymore lol]. I tried to trace my laptop back with the serial number, since I still had it after buying it online. I still couldn't get it back. But being the part of town I'm from, the police only helped for less than an hour. They never came back haha.

Summary: Dust for prints, take it into your own hands.

Bad news. Sorry to hear its gone.

Even if it turns up on a Police Raid somewhere it will be unlikely they would know you are the rightful owner which sucks.

The only real way to get it back would be if SONY make a IP track on the PS3 so when it comes online they can see where it is being accessed from.

HOWEVER... I don't for one second believe SONY have the manpower for such an action so I think you may have to accept it is lost.

Have you not got household contents insurance?
At least the PS3 is a lot cheaper now!!
