I did play one tournament with flutisat has the host.and that day I played for over 6 hrs straight(my eye was tearing down my face).but the ps3 worked fine after that .and all of the forums on different sites tell me that the 80 gb's were doomed from the begining. thats why they are redesigning the 80's. their thinking about putting the hard on the outside among other things, is what I heard .but who really knows.

HAHAHA!! That was really funny

Re: ALL 80GB units that died
Well mine took a shit tonight wont spin the disc. WAS working up until that 1.30 update for cod, after that installed ps3 wouldn't read any discs. So sad So sad.
I read this thread a while back and just had a feeling in the back of my head something was going to happen and sure enough few days after i read this bam no mo worky..lol.
Calling for the coffin tomorrow see yous in about 5-8 weeks.
Don't feel bad for me, I can handle life without a ps3. I will probably end up selling the one i get back from Sony Cuz if it breaks down again I'm not gonna pay $150 cuz the warranty expired./..
Ill let you guys know how the return procces goes just for reference purposes.
Peace.

Lol, most people used to say that the PS3 was the most reliable console ever. Although now, after most of the PS3's have an expired warranty, they are breaking down. Omg...fanboys are gonna drown us now lol...

Re: ALL 80GB units that died
Just got off the phone with Sony after waiting 15 minutes for a real person to take my call(Sony has whack waiting music). They are sending me a coffin. I asked how long the turn around for getting a new one was and its 10-14 days so I'm assuming ill get mine back prolly 3 weeks from next Monday.
Ill keep yall updated.
Peace.
