How to recover PSN ID...email&password?

I need to recover my killjoy name since that's the profile i downloaded the MGS4 beta on, but i have no idea what the email or password was (email was made up) how on earth do I get this?

Yeah, if you have no idea what the email was, then it is impossible to get your PSN back. Unless you were logging all PS3 typing and activity through your computer like a hacker

I think you have to know your E-mail, and then theres a stage where you put your DoB in, answer secret question and you can change it.

But you gotta know your e-mail

Actually I now know the email, but what i don't know is the password. I went to "forgot password?" and it asked for me to enter my birthdate? Which was completely randomized and fake, so idk...oh well, it's all good, just can do with my new name.
