I was looking forward to helping people out. I think maybe you just need a better screening job when interviewing people for refs. Probably someone older than 18 has the most patience when dealing with other people's problems. Having the idea of live help is always a good thing, I recommend you don't abandon it.

What I will do is update the Refs listing on the staff page and the remaining Refs can indeed can be asked nicely if they would be willing to spectate in a match, etc.

I will likely bring in a new Ref room but with a more 'select' bunch of Refswe, well, it will have to be people I personally know on the site so I at least feel comfortable in giving them that role. A few of the MP refs were fine so they will be okay, most of the non-MP refs were fine also.
They won't be able to kick people but I would also expect people to respect the fact that the room is for Match Disputes. I guess casual chatting is ok UNTIL a person comes in with a problem then they should leave or just not interupt the flow of the issue until it had been resolved.

We are stil working on creating a 'proper' Staff Support and Ticketing system.
Ideally, what we want is for certain refs and staff to be responsible for certain games in certain regions. That way, Leaderboarders (new word... ) can contact a specific person and get a resolution quickly without bothering other Staff. At the moment, the current script only allows for the tickets to be placed in one spot, which really doesnt help. So be patient all you staffers and you will get a really good system and we can perhaps have a really funky system with excellent targetted tickets in conjunction with a Live Support room.

By the way, back on subject, every member who has contacted me and promised to behave has been reinstated... !
