Well, seems my overseas partner has taken the immature behaviour by some members more seriously than me!
I admin the site on a day to day basis and can let things go to some extent but somebody must have annoyed him and he has gone ballistic.
On the one hand, it would be nice to get rid of the troublesome members who ruin it for everyone else but on the other hand, as you know, I am lenient and anyone can have a bad day.
Plus, some of the Refs thing has annoyed me and I will be reviewing the whole thing.
Anyway, those people who Evotion has banned from the site, chat or whatever send me a PM on here or send me an email and let me know if you want to be put back on the site. Also, probably best you explain your previous actions.
I have talked with Jake and he has calmed down... a bit...
Just as well as he could go a lot further.

I have removed that bloody Refs room as well. More trouble than its worth.
Leaderboard members will have to just supply a ticket on the Leaderboard site as normal.
Tis a shame, it was all volunteer work to help Leaderboard members out but some people just couldn't help themselves and ruined it for everybody.

i applied to be a ref twice and heard nothing back thought it was a fantastic idea, maybe you should of made the ref room like the vip by invitation only and members were only allowed in by invite if they had a dispute, i think ppl dont like the idea of refs becuase they stand in the way of little things they would usaully get away with, i dunno, i think you shouldnt give up on the idea, but maybe might of been better if the refs were annonymous to others and went by secret psn's if needed in a match, just my thoughts

To be honest, I didnt think the refs (who have NOTHING to do with this particular site) would get attacked like they did just for being refs so I didnt think it was necessary. My mistake.
I have ditched the whole ref thing. We can't expect people to give up their free time to help others and get attacked for it. No way.
The Invite thing wouldnt have worked. The room was purely for people looking for instant solutions to problems. They could pop out of game, pop in the chat room and get an answer on it or drag one of the refs back in with them. It was a spontaneous thing.

Yes all the complaints i have gotten was aimed at the refs all being from the same clan. If i was going to let the majority of my refs be from one particular clan, i would of mos definitely made them use different psn then their tag. Like you siad though it's a bit to late. Look i found my old multiplayer sig....<--off topic

The good reason for that was that their leader offered to help and promised to field a few guys in the chat all day and evening.
This indeed happened and was amazing. On the whole they did a great job resolving 45 cases between them all, MPs and other refs.. 45 cases!
It needed a ready built team to have this sort of stickiness. It needed management. Sole refs here and there would be too flaky and just pop in and out. A referee TEAM was indeed the solution.
Unfortunately, it seems people have personal disputes with some of them.
Certainly, a couple of them, one in particular, went too far on the backlash.
Anyway, done and dusted.
I would like to thank them for what they did achieve in a few days and take encouragement from what it could have ended up being like..

i went into the refs room once as i needed to get some advice and thought instead of bothering admin i would check it out, i think i joined at the back end of an arguement, however the refs were extremely helpfull i got the advice that i needed and problem was resolved in a matter of minutes, just a shame that the minority spoil it for the majority, oh well i applied for the refs job twice, now its ended i suppose i will have to constantly apply for head admin lmao im coming 4 ur job admin hahahahaha

probley some were true i did hear 1 of the mps kicking ppl out for no reason but thats not my place
but if someone was kicked by me it was for a vailed reason
people constantly comin in and out with fake accounts i try to catch them out and people just in there to get matchs i ask them to leave b4 i kick

A load of monkeys spoiled it and admin deleted it.
As it was a decent idea and \'most\' people appreciated it then it will likely come back in some form or another and I guess the refs who were non-agressive would be first in line for the roles.
