PS3 games online tournaments and events with regular competitions and Leaderboards

any1 know the purpose of this feature? doesn't support all ps3 games? whats with this??? full auto 2 is the only game that this feature came in handy 4. any1 know if sony plans on implementing this into future games?

adding a friend feature lets you talk to them over voice chat and video chat, and also you can see wut games they are playing.

sorry just realized this post was meant to say "players met feature"

Unfortunately the friends list only holds 50 people. I hope Sony expands that in the future, because thats not that much. Players met feature is probably for future games, instead of having a friends list in the game, you'll have a add players met action, I'm just guessing though.

i know for sure that full auto 2 and resistance (via a update/patch) make use of the players met menu. it just shows you who you played, and you can add them as a friend on the main XMB friendlist.
