Yellow Dog Linux - Any good ?

It seems to be the only Linux Operating System being mentioned for use on the Playstation 3. www.ydl.net

Anybody got any thoughts about it?

I am deliberating whether to take the next step and download it.

Well, have heard conflicting reports really..

It will enhance what the PS3 has and offer some new bits but is it really worth the hassle ?

Umm, looks good but I had a quick look at the online manual and stuff and it looks darn complicated... i dont think I will bother! :?

If you dont need to use your PS3 as a PC then DONT DO IT !!

SONY will probably come up with an official Linux at some point or certianly some extra features that will make it irrelevant.
