Re: Intercooler
I totally agree with you hitman...this thing works great and I would recommend getting one. My PS3 hasn't locked up since I got this a couple of weeks ago. Hey Hitman what do you mean it shuts off by itself. I thought you had to turn off the powerswitch to turn it off, or does it go off after a couple of minutes. Let me know.

Re: Intercooler
I would recommend it for all the time. I mean if you don't have AC where you stay I would make sure to get it...but I like it because anytime a pc or console is cooler the better it will perform.

Re: Intercooler
I have Cable Turbo (Road Runner Turbo) thats why my connection is so fast. It looks like you have DSL which is alright but cable is normally 2 or 3 times faster.

You serious? It actually turns off by itself when it's done sucking??? I never knew that. I always turned it off manually.
GOTTA TRY IT NOW.

Re: Intercooler
Okay I did some research on the intercooler. The Nyko Intercooler does not switch off automatically, it has a power switch in the front with fan speed controls. The Pelican Air Flow Cooler though does turn off automatically. It doesn't have a speed control, but in the last half hour I read a bunch of reviews saying that the Pelican one is better and people feel safer with it because it doesn't use the PS3's power supply. I may end up taking my Nyko back, or get the Pelican and try them both and then take back the one I don't like.

Re: Intercooler
I wondered why it wouldn't shut off. I accidentally left it on all night and I woke up to the annoying humming of the intercooler. I'll probably just keep the Nyko one I have right now just for the fact that Best Buy only carries 1 brand right now.
