PS3 Firmwar 2.0 Rumors!

The latest version of PSM magazine have also revealed some details on what the expectations of the next “big” firmware update for the ps3 will consist of. Read on.

According to the magazine, this is some of the rumored features that we could very well see in the Ps3 firmware 2.0 update.

- Password user
- Equalizer (music)
- Management of flow RSS
- Addition of topics (bottom of screen and saver of screen)
- Accessible XMB during the play
- Possibility of opening several sessions of chat
- New types of diaporama

This details are all from PSM magazine. Non of which have been confirmed by Sony yet. However, this could very well be true coming from a Playstation magazine.

Guys you really need to listen to the video .

One of the first lines the guy says is "this is what you will see when you power-up the PS3 in November"...and I don't think he's on about Nov 2007!

The second thing is the "news" that you get in magazines is about 4 weeks old, this is not the writers fault but down to editing, printing time requirements and despatch. I should imagine what PSM3 have picked up on is the post that was going around before the 1.8 update, about 4 weeks ago (see what I mean ). In the video the menu shown during game play is a graphical version of the list of options you get when you press the PS button now.

Don't get me wrong I'm all for ALL of the updates that have been listed as possibilities but just don't build ya hopes up on the video, it's an oldie!
