Tilt sensitive controller
Do you think Sony stabbed its own foot by making its controller tilt sensitive, and making it slightly similar to the Nintendo Wii controller?

I'm a bit worried that it will adversely affect the gameplay.
Its already great on non-tilt machines and you only have to rely on your general movements. If its fiddly it will be crap.
On the right game though and if it worls well it could be superb.
Time will tell.
I assume they will have a switch-off feature!

They should have a switch off feature. The tilt sensitive part of the controller was actually added in at the last minute, so most games shouldn't even have the tilt sensitive controls.

I do not think it was bad at all I think it is going to be very intresting to see when they come out which one is btter then the other.

They anouced it a bit late because many games are not going to be able to incorperate this into their games now.

It is going to be new to everyone and I think ti will be a big hit for the PS3 becasue more people are going to get it then the wii.

Its not really going to amtter becasue soon games are going to be chaning and it will not make a difference at all.
They all copy from somewhere.

Im still wondering about this. Im thinking it could make the controllers alot easier to break, but we will all just have to wait and see.

One thing that was said to me a while back was how since PS3 is coming out later it would have time to see what people liked and disliked in the 360 and the wii. I think we may actually see this by the time of the release.

what's tilt sensitive controller? all i'm dissapointed about the controller is that they go no more vibration......
