i got myn bcoz ive had a playstation all thw way from ps 1 and i wasent giving up my streak and bying a shity xbox 360. The games looked badass and ive never regreted it from the day i bought it

Becuz of the exclusive games that r coming out like MGS4 KillZONE2 FFXIII and RE5 also sony is going to increase visual and audio for the system by a Firmware update pretty soon ill find more on this update

You know there were no good exclusives when it was first released

yeah but he said "that r COMING out" but yeah the only game people thought was worth buying ps3 for was resistance when ps3 first came out but we still knew that there were going to be some good exclusives later this and next year.

re5 is no longer an exclusive but a multiplatform 4 ps3 & XboX360

For me well its the PS3 what else can i say

i love Sony i love my PSP. PS2 is the greatest gaming system of all time and well PS3 has the best games i want to play.

Sony and PS3 FTW ah also Blu-ray is so sweet i love Casino Royale

But yeah i got my PS3 the day it came out. I actually bought 2. I paid my LiL sister to stand in line for my second PS3 and i sold it for $1,000. I camped with my sis for 3 days for my PS3.
Main reason why i got it is because PlayStation is the shizznet. Im a PS fanboy. LoL I have owned xbox and xbox360 and the online is nice but too pricey and the system its self is garbage. They break easily. PlayStation also has nice exclusives and a better known history of GOOD SHIT. I use my PS3 for COD3, Blu-Ray, Web, Photos and downloading music or ripping music.

My story is a best Christmas ever! sort of bullshit.

At first, I wanted to save and buy myself a PS3. Knowing that would take me forever, I decided to go cheap and save for a Wii. Convincing myself that the Nintendo Wii was cool, I was talking to a friend about it all the time at work (a friend which really, really loves the Wii [unlike me]). Then Christmas vacation comes, and I'm in California visiting my Dad. While we're in Sac Town visiting my Grandma Mary, we stop by Wal*Mart to go grocery shopping. In Wal*Mart I run to the electronics, and search for a PS3. I see one. It's only 20GB (waste!). I go back and tell my Dad, "They've got a PS3, come look at it with me." Ok, he ends up asking the electronics guy if they've got any 60GB systems, and the guy tells us that the truck just came in that day so "yes, plenty!" And my *****ing Dad buys one. Right in front of me. He say's, "Shane, I'm gonna sell it on Ebay". And I reply with, "Oh, that's real nice. What if you just ruined some kid's entire Christmas by selling this on Ebay instead of using it like every other greedy adult is doing?" We laughed, and he set the PS3 in my grandma's shopping cart. For some reason, throughout the duration of our time in Wal*Mart, I could not take one step away from the shopping cart. Insisting to my grandma that, "you know some guy shot his best friend over one of these? i better stay near and protect you." Again we laughed, and continued shopping.

FINALLY! We leave. And I slide the PS3 box under the back seat of my grandma's truck. We strap on our seatbelts, and head home. Then my heel hit something. I peek down, and find a mysterious Wal*Mart bag with something bulky in it. I quietly remove some of the bag, and see a "Blu-Ray" logo on the side. Out of nowhere, my Dad whips around and say's, "Don't look at that, you dog!!" Confused by what the hell made me a dog.. Wait, I was sniffing around, with the bag.. Ok, now I get it. Anyway, I really didn't know what was in the box because, I had never really taken the time to study a PS3 box on every side.

Yeah. Ok so, on Christmas morning, this is my surprise.. That "Blu-Ray" box was MY PS3, and this huge present behind the tree, turned out to be my 27" HDTV. Only reason I got the TV is because, I had told my grandma that if you're going to buy a PS3, you ought to have an HD (which is another reason I had decided to buy a Wii). The end.

If you read this entire story, we're now friends. Because, that's a lot of shit someone wouldn't tell strangers. lol.
