Thats a good point, HOME will be good for people who like the Sims, cause its very similar, but like i said, it will only work if Sony put a lot of effort into making it perfect, only time will tell if they do...

(ps, remember that HOME is free, and free things are never that good, cause they end up being financed by s**t loads of advertising, which I perosnally cant stand)

To any of you who haven't read this yet and I see Katalani believes that Home will be filled with problems. Now, I know it's your opinion, but after reading this myself, it seems Sony is taking this game seriously and wanting to give PS3 owners a great 'virtual world' with no problems. Who knows, it may work or it may not, but atleast Sony is thinking about this stuff for its gamers.

I don't think we (Playstation gamers) will be getting any beta or demo for both Skate and Call of Duty 4. From what I hear from all the interviews for each game is that the Xbox will be the only one. Plus you see all the videos of people playing the games on just the Xbox and on CoD 4's site, CharlieOscarDetla.com, it says public beta for the Xbox 360. I do hope I'm wrong though, watching all these daily clips on Skate's website just makes me want to play it, I seriously can not wait.

And for those of you who are wanting Skate and haven't already done so, I suggest you visit Skate's site and check out San Vanelona and watch the daily clips.

Well, theres a ray of hope for HOME, as long as they enforce it properly.
I really want this to be succesful, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up just incase it isnt

WAIT WAIT WAIT....Back there you just told everyone NOT to list games that aren't out yet.... then why are you already judging HOME..
How do you know there will be advertising... maybe there wont be... maybe there will be YOU DON'T KNOW...

Yes, the PS3 is off to a slow start, correct me if im wrong but didn't the eggbox get off to a slow start? Heck they even had to release it (elite) to keep up with the PS3! so think twice before you talk next time

1. We're onto a new topic now, when I said not to just list future games to justify the lineup being good, that was unrelated. We're now talking about what was mentioned in that site BluePacific posted, so dont linking the 2 different topics together
2. I KNOW there will be advertising in HOME, cause Sony said themselves that there will be, and not only that, but its crutial as funding since they're maikng this free to download.
3. I still have a PS3 cause I'm waiting for the future, there are some good games coming soon (and not so soon, but still announced) that I cant wait to get, thus, I'm keeping my PS3 for when some decent games actually start coming out(if you read what I put, youd see that I said I dont like the 'current game line-up', not every game there is, I thought that would be obvious)
4. I'm not bashing the PS3, I'm stating what is in some cases fact, and in some cases opinion in an effort to get a good conversation/debate going (which it appears I have suceeded in doing), otherwise this thread will just go on the junk heap with many of the others.
5. In agreeing that the PS3 is off to a slow start, your basically justifying 50% of my argument
6. And finally, I ALWAYS think before I talk (or in this case, write), so maybe what you need to do is read what I'm writing and actually understand it, that way, you might have something better to write next time, and every point you made wont just get countered, like they just did

Yo, the PS2 had no games the first year, inferior graphics, crap online, and it still absolutely SMOKED Xbox. Why? SONY is smart.

I didn't say I liked ALL those games I listed but it doesn't matter. What matters is they are all promising series from companies who we trust, and that we already have better looking games, sales, and hardware than 360.
