Do you think Sony will be killing us even more with add ons for online play? I hope they don't end up doing this to us. Buying a system for $600 then having to buy even more is just not right.

I suspect ,that given how quickly the internet world moves, that SONY will be offering, at cost, some extra functionality that makes the most of the systems power.
With their intended customer base the opportunity to sell on other services will be huge.
