'Medal of Honour: Airborne' is the newest instalment from EA's critically-acclaimed 'Medal of Honour' franchise which was credited with pioneering the First-Person Shooter (FPS) WWII genre when it debuted in 1999, and is the best selling WWII FPS franchise of all time.

Game is set to release August 28, 2007 according to IGN.com. IGN still says in their release date section that Medal of Honor Airborne is set for August 2007 (no specific date) which might mean the 28th is not a final launch. But it's still better news, considering Airborne is ahead of schedule.
