mgs4 flashing '?' error

here, wats the story with this? i just bought mgs4, got thru the installation gr8, then wen i went online, it had to create game data. i was like, fair enough.....then this stupid flashing '?' and a cd image kept on appearing in the top left hand corner of the screen.....i read about it on the internet and it means the ps3 cant read d disc apparently...wtf do i do now coz loadza

Take the disc out, breathe a few deep breathes on it, wipe it around on a soft cloth and the quickly shove it up your nearest Pet\'s arse...

Works for me.. :)

Alternatively, you could just place it back in the PS3.
