in story mode u press start and go to weapons and press L2 in online u cant

Story mode-u have to go to Drebin shop
Online- Once you ave enough Drebin points press triangle on a custom gun den buy the parts u want for it The best weapon to customize is the sniper by suppressing it and addind a laser.

its only on the games where drebin points are tured on, and u just highlight a weapon, and most of them can be customized, u just have to press triangle
