MGS4
Who here can't wait for Metal Gear Solid 4? I loved the past games, and I can't wait to play this one but, Snake is so old now.

the MGS games are great, but i don't have the patience required to play them ahah. i like the in your face style action games better. but when it comes out, i'll definitely give it a run to see the new features.

Oh, I'm a big MGS fan. Ever since their demo disc I played for the PSone i've liked em. Snake is the balls, and one of my fav video game characters

MGS , Rainbow 6, Splinter Cell, Halo, Call of Duty..
Great games. I love these dramatic, mission based, snipe 'em, whack 'em, blow 'em up games! :) MGS4 is first on my list when the big boy comes out.

Absolutely, KGB. This will be the best selling game for the PS3 WHEN it comes out in 2007.
The wait for it will be unbearable..  Fortunately, there will be some great shoot'em ups to keep me busy such as COD3, Resistance: FOM and even Blazing Angels.  :wink:

Apparently the way Kojima have been talking recently this MGS4 might be further away than we first thought... :(
They have stated that they have only recently gotten to the bottom of what the PS3 is capable of... Still, the lonmger the wait the more likely the game is to be absolutely brilliant...

This game will launch somewhere around the GTAIV release date, I think its somewhere either 10/15/07 or 10/16/07 but I dont think they would release both GTAIV and MGS4 on the same day, it would be chaotic.

yeah, good point..
they are both MASSIVE titles for the PS3. They are cetainly a long way from coming out. These are the kind of games that make people buy a console they are so good. I bought the orignal Xbox after I aw Halo, I was that impressed. I only really ever played that and Pject Gotham Racing on it....
