If you had designed it the size of an avatar it'd work. I didn't say use a huge sig as an avatar.

yeah but then the background would be white and it would make it look wack.

for some reason i couldnt get rid of them white bits next to his eyes, and hands..

i erased the section on every layer and there was no outer glow

Theres ways to make a transparent avatar BG too. Thats just what it reminded me of. Or he could match the bg color to the color he'd knew would be behind it.
