If you host a large room and no1 complains about lag then doesnt matter what connection your on 
See i might be on a less MB then u Super but i can still host a 12 player warhawk room  Good enough for me

ive read that for hosting u want a better upload speed
ALSO MAKE SURE IM IN ASSASSINS ROOM OR WITH HIM as i need to get my own back!
