PS3 Game: Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare Game Type: To be decided Location: To be decided Date: Wednesday July 9th 2008 Start Time (Adjusted): 17.00 PST (5.00PM Los Angeles, Vancouver) 18.00 MST (6.00PM Mountain Time) 19.00 CST (7.00PM Central Time) 20.00 EST (8.00PM New York, Montreal) Host / Room Names: Room1: demok7 (US/CAN ONLY Room) He's the only host. Add him Room2: Host to be decided (US/CAN ONLY Room) How to Join: Sign up below and include in your RSVP comment what your PSN username is if it is different from your forum username. Please change your MAYBE's to YES if you can definately play and vice versa. How to Play: You need to send a Friend Request on your PS3 to the designated host of your room. You need to do this as soon as you can. The game host will then invite you into their Private room ready for the start of the event. The event may run a little late so please be patient. Game settings: Duration: 20 minutes Perks: NO Perks Lives: Unlimited Killcam: Disabled Air Support: Disabled Keep an eye out for special settings for this event! Leaderboards: The top players in each room accrue points which go on the Call of Duty 4 Leaderboards over at PS3Leaderboard.com. The allocation of points is dependent on the amount of Member players in that room, as below: For Free for All events: 12 or more members in a room: 1st Place = 100 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place = 80 MP 3rd Place = 60 MP 4th Place = 40 MP 5th Place = 30 MP 6th Place = 20 MP 7th Place = 10 MP 8th Place = 10 MP 8 to 11 members in a room: 1st Place = 80 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place = 60 MP 3rd Place = 40 MP 4th Place = 30 MP 5th Place = 20 MP 6th Place = 10 MP 5 to 7 members in a room: 1st Place = 60 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place = 40 MP 3rd Place = 20 MP 4th Place = 10 MP Less than 5 members in a room: 1st Place = 40 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place = 20 MP 3rd Place = 10 MP For Team Events: 12 or more members in a room: 1st Place on the Winning Team = 80 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place on the Winning Team = 60 MP 3rd Place on the Winning Team = 40 MP 4th Place on the Winning Team = 30 MP 5th Place and onwards on the Winning Team = 20 MP 1st Place on the Losing Team = 50 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place on the Losing Team = 30 MP 3rd Place on the losing Team = 20 MP 4th Place and onwards on the Losing Team = 10 MP 8 to 11 members in a room: 1st Place on the Winning Team = 60 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place on the Winning Teame = 40 MP 3rd Place on the Winning Team = 20 MP 4th Place and onwards on the Winning Team = 10 MP 1st Place on the Losing Team = 40 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place on the Losing Team = 20 MP 3rd Place and onwards on the losing Team = 10 MP 5 to 7 members in a room: 1st Place on the Winning Room = 40 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place on the Winning Team = 20 MP 3rd Place and onwards on the Winning Team = 10 MP 1st Place on the Losing Team = 20 Multiplayer Points (MP) 2nd Place on the Losing Team = 10 MP Less than 5 members in a room: Just playing for fun! Multiplayer Points accumulate over the month and the top 3 monthly players will stand to win PS3 games and accessories. Rules: Glitching or cheating of any kind will not be tolerated. You let yourself down and spoil it for others. Guilty parties will be disqualified, banned and reported to Sony! Please report any instances of cheating to a Moderator or Admin. Entry: PLEASE Sign up using the RSVP form below. Click on 'Maybe' if you are unsure if you can make it. Should you not be able to make it you are able to change your RSVP status at any time. We use the number of sign ups to determine how many rooms or hosters are needed. You are expected to play under your usual PSN Username. If you take part in the event under a different username then please ensure you inform an Event Coordinator as soon as possible after the event or make sure you include your username in the comment field when signing up. Please refer back to this page 30 minutes and 5 minutes before the start in case there are any changes. Remember to send YOUR room host a Friend Request!! If you can, please take a picture of the results screen in your match in case the designated host has problems.

maybe for this wed. we can do domination,,, with a twist...
pistols and knives and the 1 frag and 1 stun or flash ONLY.. no air ,no perks thats something we didnt do.

Don't have to worry about US/UK because it is the Wednesday US Only event
 and I assume you are available to host it Vic? Domination would be a good team event for Wednesday and No primary weapons is a good idea.

no offence TAOofVIC but there have always been problems when u host either from lag or your ps3 takin a dump i can't change my rsvp to yes right now cuz it's not working but i can go and prolly host too

it's all good Demok7. I ended up hosting and connection was 4 green bars for everyone.... cant beat fios fiber optics..
