Help Save Game!!

I have completed Colin Mcrae Dirt however i don't have all the cars and stickers.

i have found a website where i can download a save game that is 100% with all cars and stickers.

what i need to know is where i save this and how i go about transfering on memory stick and uploading into correct file etc.
