In my opinion, I think the background could of been a little more contrasted with the render. And I don't really like the brush you used on the sides of the guy.

I love what you did with the render though (smudging the sides) making it look like heat. If that's what you were going for?

i think you should blur the background a bit, and turn the sharpen down, give it some more depth, but other than that, great colors, and positioning is great....your name is in a bad spot tho....the idea is to put your name close to the render or in the render....you do not want to draw the viewer away from the render...you want them to continue to look at it....but good job...if you listen to some of the tips and fix this up a bit..your sig will be amazingly good.

Well at first I was gonna go for the heat look
Then started thinking about a bomb explosion type of thing,

And it ended up mixing a bit, and yeah I done the mask on the liquify thing..

I don't like the background at all. And I think it'd look cooler if you erased the edges so it looked like he was breaking up. The "Caution" text is distracting and I think you could blend it some more. 8.5/10 just because if you fixed it up it'd be great.
