New GTA IV Sig...

Alright so i was playing about on PS i decided to make myself a simple GTA 4 Sig.

Tell me what you think i think the only thing thats bothering me is the text placement.

i'll post it in 2 secs on other comp.

I love simple sigs, they look neat.

Why did you add noise to the logo? That makes the IV look ugly and it goes against the cleanliness of the rest of the sig. For the text you should've made another splatter spot to the left of the sig and put the text on it. Border and background are pretty good seeing how its a simple sig. 7/10.

i wanted the IV to stand out since the rest of the sig is "clean", see what i mean?

It stands out in a bad way. It looks like your about to play GTA IV on a wind-me-up black and white TV with the same reception you'd get on your local ABC channel. If you wanted it to stand out you could've tried a glow or something that leads your eyes to it. Add Noise is a no-no. I've only used it twice in my life and it was for creating a night-time sky. If you kept the whole thing clean the whole thing would be good except the text.

ok i'll take the advice on board :D since your one of the pros of the site but i cba changing it now so i'll just know not to do it again lol.

Oh, the best way for something to stand out(can't believe I forgot) is to use the Sharpen & Blur tools. You can also do Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen or Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur. Basically, same.

Sharpen what you want focus on but don't over do it.

GTA logo looks distorted to me..
Like it wasd a tiny image, then streched.

I know what it is though..

And umm.. 7/10 for a basic sig.

it wasnt a tiny image lol that was the size of the image didnt resize it atall.
